entitled "Mattituck Estates, Inc.", filed in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September S, 1965, as Map
No. 4453.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements and
agreements of record, if any.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
This deed is made in the normal course of business of Mattituck
Estates, Inc., and said conveyance has been made with the
unanimous consent in writing of all the stockholders of the
party of.the first part.
