Halsey, C.E., Southampton, New York, June 1919" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on October 4, 1919 as Map No. 745, said lot also shown on "Amended Map A, Nassau Point, filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156, and which lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly side of Nassau Point Road where the same is intersected by the division line between lots 40 and 41 as shown on the above mentioned maps; running thence North 78 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East, along the said division line and passing through another monument a distance of 359.16 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Little Peconic Bay; running thence south- erly along said ordinary high water mark of Little Peconic Bay as measured by a tie line course and distance South 9 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds East 100.0 feet to the division line between lots 41 and 42 as shown on the above mentioned maps; running thence South 78 de- grees 36 minutes 20 seconds West along the last mentioned division line and passing through another monument a distance of 360.0 feet to a monument on the easterly side of Nassau Point Road; running thence northerly along the easterly side of Nassau Point Road to the division line between lots 40 and 41 as shown on the above maps and the monument set at the point or place of beginning as measured by a tie line course and distance North 8 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds West 100.04 feet. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Louis A. Moricca and Else E. Moricca, his wife, to Everett B. Morris and Suzanne R. Morris, his wife, as tenants by the entirety by deed dated August 9, 1966 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 9, 1966 in id Liber 6008 of Deeds at page 509, the saEverett B. Morris having died on February 14, 1967, a resident of Port Washington, Nassau County, New York, survived by his wife Suzanne R. Morris, the party of the first part herein. SUBJECT to a mortgage held by Southold Savings Bank in the amount of $30,000.00, now reduced to $15,271.79, with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from November 9th , 1968 (Liber 5001 mp 471), the payment of which mortgage is hereby assumed by the parties of the second part, and the parties of the second part have executed and acknowledged this instrument for the sole purpose of evidencing their assumption of and agreement to pay the unpaid principal balance of said mortgage and interest from November 9th , 1968.
