COMMENCING at a point in the Northerly side of a private road -
running from Marratooka Lane to Deep Hole Creek which point marks
the Southeast corner of the premises about to be described and the -
Southwest corner of land now or formerly of Robert Seh and which
point is also about 545 feet Westerly from the end of the point and the
Westerly bank of Deep Hole Creek measured along the Northerly side of `
the private road, and running thence in a Westerly direction along the L-
Northerly side of said private road a distance of 80 feet; thence running
Northerly along land now or formerly of Edmund R. Lupton, Mildred L. -_
- Fischer and Olive M. Lupton and parallel with the Westerly boundary
line of land now or formerly of Robert Seh and distant therefrom 80
feet throughout when measured at right angles a distance of about 165
feet to the Southerly side of Deep Hole Creek; thence running in a
general Easterly direction along the Southerly side of Deep Hole -
Creek as it winds and turns to land now or formerly of Robert Seh and
