127 and 128 on Map entitled "Amended Map A of Nassau Point owned by
Nassau Point Club Properties Inc., situated in the Town of Southold,
Long Island, N.Y." surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto Van Tuyl, C.E.
& Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. and filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County August 16, 1922 File No. 156, together with a
triangular strip of land, which parts of said lots and triangular
strip of land when taken together are more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of
the southerly side of Bridge Lane (50 feet wide) with the westerly
- side of Nassau Point Road (50 feet wide);

RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of
said Nassau Point Road along an irregular curve a distance of
143.46 feet;

THENCE along the southerly side of said Bridge Lane,
