as executor of the last will and testament of

party of the first part,and RICHARD J. DAIDONE and JEAN A. DAIDONE, his wife,
residing at 212 East Avenue, Riverhead, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of Grand
Avenue 100.03 feet northerly along said line from its intersection
with the northerly line of Westview Drive, and being the northeasterly
corner of land of Deerkoski; running along said land of Deerlcoski,
South 780 42' 40" West 157.96 feet to an iron pipe and land of
Bialeski; thence along said land of Bialeski and land of Dickerson,
North 110 17' 20" West 100.00 feet to other land now or formerly of
Dickerson; thence along said other land of Dickerson North 780 42t 40"
East 160.45 feet to an iron pipe set on said westerly line of Grand
Avenue; thence along said westerly line of Grand Avenue, South 90 52t
00" East 100.03 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
