sully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly aide of Wunneweta Road,
where the same is intersected by the dividing line betwdbn said
lot No. 384, and lot No. 383, as shown on said map;
running thence along said dividing. line,. North 82 degrees,
51' West a distance of 150 feet;
running thence North 2 degrees 01' 00" West through said
lot No. 384, 100 feet to a point in the dividing line between
said lot No. 384, and lot No. 385, as shown on said map;
running thence along said dividing line, South 82 degrees
51' East 155 feet to the westerly side of Wunneweta Road;
running thence along the westerly side of Wunneweta Road,
South 0 degrees 50' west 99.33 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
