BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
side of New Suffolk Avenue with the westerly side of Fifth Street;

Roache to the party of the first part by deed datedJune30, 1962 and
recorded July 10, 1962, in Liber 5194 of conveyances at page 247.
