feet by land now or formerly of the estate of Belle B. Duryea; on the
South Ninety-four (94) feet by the Main Road and on the West about
One Hundred and Eighty-five (185) feet by land now or formerly of
Luella M. Brown.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to William H.
Drum by Gray W. Clark and Eunice Clark by deed dated the 12th day of
November, 1935 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk, in Liber 1844 of Deeds at Page 303, on the 2nd day of
January, 1936.
