Paul A. Wieczorek and Carol Anna Wieczorek, his wife, to Southold _
Savings Bank dated April 1, 1966 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on April 11, 1966 in Liber 4915 0£ mortgages at page
84, in the principal sum of $20,400.00, end a further mortgage
rj executed by Paul A. Wieczorek and Carol Anna Wieczorek, his wife, to
Southold Savings Bank, dated March 13, 1968 in the principal a= of
$5,000.00 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 14, �
1968 in Liber 5345 at page 83 and which said mortgage contained a I
consolidation agreement consolidating the two mortgages into one :
single first mortgage in the sum of $24,951.25 and on which said
mortgage there is now due and owing the sum of $24,782.96 and interei
which said mortgage the party of the second part herein agrees to
