at 37 Andover Road, Rockville Centre, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel*of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being RDW.& at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known as and by Lot No. 33 as shown and
designated on a certain map entitled, "Map of Subdivision for
Mattituck Estates, Inc., Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, May 5, 1965, July 19, 1965, Alden W. Young, Professional
Engineer and Land Surveyor, N.Y.S. Lic. No. 12845, Riverhead,
New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk on
September 8, 1965 under File No. 4453.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements and
agreements of record, if any.
THIS conveyance has been made with the unanimous consent in
writing of all the stockholders of the party of the first part.
