BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed from Horace E.Kyser to Q.Caldwell Hurdle, dated July 6, 1959, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4655 of Deeds at Page 224 on July 9,1959,
