Southeasterly side of Main Road to an iron rod;
THENCE South 23 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East 150 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 60 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds West 191.61 feet to a monu-
ment on the Easterly side of Bay Avenue;
THENCE North 04 degrees 34 minutes West 140 feet along the Easterly side of
Bay Avenue to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed from
Horace E.Kyser to Q.Caldwell Hurdle, dated July 6, 1959, and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4655 of Deeds at Page 224 on July 9,1959,
