bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument on the southwesterly
line of Wunneweta Road at thesoutheasterly corner of the premises
herein described and the northerly or northeasterly corner of Lot
NO- 340 on said map; runningg thence along the northwesterly line
of said Lot No. 340, South 58 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West,
a distance of 274.0 feat to a point marked by a concrete monument
and Lot No. 348 on said map; running thence along the northerly
line of said Lot No. 348 and partly along the northerly line of Lot
No. 349, North 53 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
106.0 feet to a point marked by a concrete monument;. running thence
along the southeasterly line of Lot No. 338 on said map, North 58
degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 263.0 foot to a
point marked by a monument on the southwesterly line of Wunnewata
Road; running thence in a southeasterly direction along the south-
westerly line of Wunneweta Road, a distanco of 109 feat to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Grace L.
Wilson to Thomas J. Dawson and Claire A. Dawson, his wife, the grantors
herein, by deed dated March 17, 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on November 17, 1952 in Liber 3436 of Deeds
at page 411, and subject to the covenants and restrictions therein
