THIS INDENTURE,made the 30th day of January nineteen hundred and sixty-eight
BETWEEN
THEODORE BOKINA, residing on Pinewood Road,
Cutchogue, New York
party of the first part,and
THEODORE BOKINA and GERTRUDE K. BOKINA, his wife, as
tenants by the entirety, both residing
on Pinewood Road, Cutchogue, New York
party of the second part,
W17NESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration -
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plotqiece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the 'F own of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, at Fleet's Neck, near Cutchogue, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Pinewood Road, 314.77
feet southerly along said easterly line from Midwood Road; from
said point of beginning running along land of the Estate of
George H. Fleet two courses, as follows: (1) North 57° 42' East
166.0 feet; thence (2) South 32° 18' East 100.0 feet to a monument
and land of Karl Lenk; thence along said land of Lenk South
57° 42' West 180.0 feet to a monument on said easterly line of
Pinewood Road; thence along said easterly line North 240 19' 50"
West 100.98 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions, as recited
in Deed Liber 5334 page 511.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
/ of the first part by Deed recorded in Liber 5334 page 511.
