BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of a20 foot right

corner of other lands formerly of the party of the first part herein;
from said point of beginning running along said northerly line of
said 20 foot right of way, North 730 28' 50" West 275.70 feet to a
monument and lands now or formerly of Ruland; thence along lands
now or formerly of Ruland North 78o 47' 10" East 259.93 feet to
other lands formerly of the party of the first part, and the west-
erly line of a 15 foot right of way; thence along said westerly line
of said 15 foot right of way and lands of the party of the first
part South V 03' 30" East 129.80 feet to the paint or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 20 foot right of way from
the southeasterly corner of the premises westerly about 520 feet
to Marratooka Road. Also with a right ofway over said 20 foot
right of way from said southeasterly coiner of the premises east-
erly to Deep Hole Creek. Also with a right of way over said 15 foot

erly of the northerly line of said PARCEL ONE, North 78. 47' 10" East
18.75 feet, more or less, to the center line of said 20 foot right of
way; thence along said center line, South 73° 28' 50" East 294.45
feet, more or less; thence on the direct extension southerly of the
easterly line of said PARCEL ONE, North 4° 03' 40" West 10.68 feet
to the point of beginning.
