S BEGINNING from a monument on the northerly line of the Main

Road, 1281.60 feet easterly along said northerly line from Elijah' s
Lane , running the following tie line: N. 20 42' 00" W. - 278.46
feet to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning
running along land of the party of the first part the following
four courses: (1) N. 210 26 ' 50" W. - 165.67 feet; thence (2) N.
630 23 ' 30" E. - 250. 58 feet ; thence (3) S. 260 36 ' 30" E. - 165.0
feet ; thence (4) S. 630 23 ' 30" W. - 265.4-8 feet to the point of
BEGINNING.
. TOGETHER with a right of way 50 feet in width extending from the
northwesterly corner of said premises southerly to Main Road for
access between said premises and Main Road and for the installation of
public utility equipment. The westerly boundary line of said right of
way is described as follows : BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly
line of Main Road 1281.60 feet easterly along said northerly line
from Elijah' s Lane ; running thence two (2) courses and distances as
follows: (1) N. 60 10 ' 50" W. - 150.0 feet along land of Stepnoski;
