All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being at Cutchogue in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Harbor Lane, where
the same is intersected by land now or formerly of W. P. Tuthill,
said point being distant 750.25 feet southerly from the corner formed
y the intersection of the easterly side of Harbor Lane with the
southerly side of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Harbor Lane, the fol-
lowing two courses and distances:
(1) South 33 degrees 43 minutes East 14.70 feet;
(2) South 25 degrees 15 minutes East 189 .21 feet;
THENCE North 75 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East 791 feet to
the ordinary highwater mark of Eugene ' Creek;
THENCE northerly along the highwater mark of Eugene 's Creek as
it winds and turns, to land now or formerly of W.P. Tuthill;
