Hundred Fifty (150) feet; westerly by land of Frank Machinchick, One
Hundred (100) feet and Northerly by land of Frank Machinchick, One
Hundred Fifty (150) feet. ,
Being and intended to be a part of the premises conveyed by Harry L.
Fleet, to Frank Machinchick, by deed dated July 11th, 1924, and re-
corded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office, in Liber 1103 of deeds, at
page 535, on July 25, 1924 at 2 P.M.

ALL that tract or parcel of land situate at Cutchogue, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described

Z. Machinchick and on the northerly line of land of Kujawski, running
thence westerly a distance of 30 feet; thence running northerlya dis-
tance of 100 feet; thence running easterly a distance of30 feet to the
to the northwesterly corner of land late of John Z. Machinchick, and
thence running southerly along the westerly boundary line of land late
of John Z. Machinchick to the point or place of beginning.
BEING a part of the premises which Frank Machinchick died seized, and
being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Anthony Machin-
chick and Anna L. Gorman to Mary J. Machinchick, by deed dated November
2nd, 1946, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office, in liber 2659,
page 188 of deeds, on December 13, 1946.

and being at Cutchogue in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point marked by an iron rod set on the southwesterly
side of Cutchogue Depot Road at the Northeasterly corner of land
now or formerly of George Aldrich and
RUNNING thence south 52° 29 ' 30" West along said land of Aldrich
180. 00 feet;
THENCE North 38° 13' 30" west 100.00 feet to land now or formerly
of Charles Hanna;
THENCE North 52° 29 ' 30" East along said land of Hanna 180. 00
feet to the Southwesterly side of Cutchogue Depot Road; and
THENCE along the Southwesterly side of Cutchogue Depot Road South
38° 13 ' 30" East 100. 00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

George J. Machinchick, and undivided one-third interest to
each.

Being and intended to be the same premises owned by John Z.
Machinchick who died July 30, 1945 leaving an undivided 1/9th
interest to Mary J. Machinchick, as distributee, and the
remaining undivided 8/9ths interest deed to Mary J. Machinchick
by Anthony Machinchick and Anna L. Gorman on November 2, 1946
and recorded December 13, 1946 in Liber 2659 CP 188, and by
deed from John Z. Machinchick, Jr. and George J. Machinchick
(by Special Guardian) , dated December 11, 1946 and recorded
December 13, 1946 in Liber 2659 CP 182.
