THIS INDENTURE, made the 27th day of September, nineteen hundred and sixty nine

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the'

situate, lying and being Lig% at Laurel, near Tlattituck, in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as

Beginning at a poitj't on the southerly line of Sound Avenue
a distant 509.01 feet westerly from the corner formed by the inter-
section of the southerly line of Sound Avenue with the westerly line
of Aldrich Lane , said point of beginning being the northwesterly
corner of land now or formerly of Fred P. Jens and Jean C. Jens ,
his wife,
running thence South 20018140" East along said last mentioned
land 245.08 feet to land now or formerly of Edward We Harbes,
thence South 85017150" West along said land now or formerly of
Edward We Harbes 100 feet to a monument,
thence North 19057150" '.'lest still along said land now or formerly
of Edward We Harbes 250 feet to a monument on the southerly line
of Sound Avenue , and
thence North 88014, 5011 East along the southerly line of Sound
Avenue 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be all of the same premises as that des-
cribed in a certain deed to Maxine D. M aynard, the party of the first
part herein, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on Nov. 22,
1963 in Liber 5456 cp 259.
Sub3ect to a purchase money mortgage of 014,000. this date ,

and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors-and assigns of the party of the second part forevcr: -.
