cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly side of Meadow Lane , with the easterly side of Pine Tree
Road; running thence North 130 48 ' 20" West along the easterly side
Pine Tree Road, 67.88 feet ; thence North 870 01 ' 20" East , 265 feet
to Little Creek; thence along Little Creek a tie line course and
distance of South 10 02 ' 40" East , 66. ?l feet to the northerly side
of Meadow Lane ; and thence running South 870 01 ' 20" West , along
the northerly side of P'ieadow Lane , 250 feet to the corner, the point
or place of BEGINNING.
