TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
3 the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying t the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement b e using any rt of the total of the same for
any other purpose.

PARCEL I
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of Main Road at the
Southeast corner of the heroin described premises where the same
is intersected by the Westerly side of land now or formerly of
Wokosky running thence from said point or place of beginning
along the Northerly side of Main Road the following two courses
and distances: (1) South 52 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds West
7 . 13 feet (2) South 54 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West 92.87
feet to land now or formerly of L. and E. Barnett thence along
said last mentioned land North 23 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds
West 221. 65 feet to land now or formerly of Blados thence along
said last mentioned land North 68 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds
East 97.82 feet to land now or formerly of Wokosky thence along
said last mentioned land South 23 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds

ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying,
and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and the
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Main Road where the
same is intersected by the division line between the Westerly
side of land now or formerly of Bruce Ross and the Easterly side
of land now or formerly of Louis and Elizabeth Barnett;
RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of Main Road, South 54
degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West 10.00 feet;
THENCE through land now or formerly of Barnett, North 28 degrees
56 minutes 50 seconds West 226. 15 feet to the Southerly side of
land now or formerly of Blados;
THENCE along said land, North 68 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds
East 30 feet to the aforesaid division line between land of Ross

THENCE along said division line, South 23 degrees 50 minutes 50
seconds East 221. 65 feet to the Northerly side of Main Road, at
the point or place of BEGINNING.
