'J THIS INDENTURE, made the 3� day of C� nineteen hundred and seventy BETWEEN EDMUND CARROLL and DORIS CARROLL, his wife, both residing at 1854 East 51st Street, Brooklyn, New York party of the first part, and HARRY P. SHEPPARD and VERONICA SHEPPARD, his wife, both residing at 207 Monroe Drive, Mastic Beach, New'York party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beingAasbex at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Fleet's Neck Road (sometimes known as Pequash Avenue) distant 100 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly line of Fleet's Neck Road with the northerly line of West Road, said point of beginning being il the Northeasterly corner of land formerly of Amberman, later of Nintzel; RUNNING THENCE South 64 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds West along said last mentioned land 167. 69 feet to land formerly of Williams later 1 of Walker; f 1 i ! # THENCE North 32 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds West along said last j mentioned land 100 feet to a monument on the southerly line of land now or T' -formerly of Anderson; THENCE South 64 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds East along said last mentioned land 167, 19 feet to the westerly line of Fleet's Neck Road; and THENCE South 32 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East along the westerly line of Fleet's Neck Road 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by a deed from Helyn P. Williams dated 4/17/67 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 5/1/67 in Liber 6145 cp 79.
