BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the easterly line of
a private roadway known as Camp Mineola Road and the southerly line of
land of R. D. Tuthill and; running thence South 860 34' 20" East along
the said southerly line of land of R. D. Tuthill a distance of 250.24
feet to a monument at the northwesterly corner of other land of Appol-

ed land a distance of 160.58 feet to a monument on the northerly line of
a right of way 25 feet in width; thence the following two courses and
distances along the northerly line of said right of way:
(1) North 85° 38' 10" West a distance of 6.51 feet to a monument
marking an angle in the northerly line of said right of way;
(2) South 86° 18' 00" West a distance of 157.99 feet to a monument
thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 30.26 feet connecting
the northerly line of said right of way and the easterly line of Camp
Mineola Road a distance of 41.78 feet to a monument on the easterly line
of Camp Mineola Road; thence North 140 35' 00" West along the easterly
line of Camp Mineola Road a distance of 167.56 feet to the monument at
the point or place of BEGINNING.
