Clerk's Office as Map #156, said premises being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument set on the westerly line
of Wunneweta Road at the northeasterly corner of Lot #229 on said
Map; running thence South 5 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West, a
distance of 79.21 feet to a point marked by a monument at the north-
easterly corner of Lot #228 on said Map; running thence along the
northerly line of Lot #228 on said Map, South 81 degrees 37 minutes
40 seconds West, a distance of 116 feet to a point marked by a monu-
ment at ordinary high water mark of Wunneweta Pond; continuing thence
in a northerly direction along said ordinary high water mark to the
northwesterly corner of said Lot #229; running thence North 73 de-
grees 07 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 10 feet to a point
marked by a monument (which point is North 20 degrees 22 minutes 30
seconds East a distance of 70.5 feet from the last mentioned monument
set on the northerly line of Lot #228); running thence North 73 de-
grees 07 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 102 feet to the point
or place of beginning, together with all of the right, title and
interest of the party of the first part in and to the land under
water of Wunneweta Pond in front of and abutting said premises on the
west including that portion of said Lot 11229 between the high'water
! mark as shown on the filed map and the existing high water mark as
shown on survey map made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated August 2,

The above described premises being more particularly bounded and
described, according to survey by Van Tuyl & Son dated January 24,
1969, as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument set on the westerly line
of Wunneweta Road at the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 229 on said
Map; running thence South 5 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West, a
distance of 79.21 feet to a point marked by a monument at the north-
easterly corner of Lot No. 228 on said Map; running thence along the
northerly line of Lot No. 228 on said Map, South 81 degrees 37 minutes
40 seconds West, a distance of 118.0 feet to ordinary high water mark
of Wunneweta Pond; running thence in anortherly direction along said
ordinary high water mark (the tie line course of which runs North 14
degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 65.76 feet) to the
northerly line of said lot No. 229; running thence North 73 degrees
07 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 112 feet to the point or
place of beginning, together with all of the right, title and interest
of the party of the first part in and to the land under water of
Wunneweta Pond in front of and abutting said premises on the West,
i including that portion of said Lot No. 229 between the high water
mark as shown on the aforesaid filed Map and the existing high water
mark as shown on the above mentioned survey.
