THIS conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed
and delivered by Marylyn M. Nelson, as mortgagors;
1 to Southold Savings Bank, as mortgagee, in the original amount of
$20,000.00, which mortgage is dated the 14th day of August, 1961 and
was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 16th day of
August, 1961 in Volume 3684 of Mortgages at Page 156, and on which
mortgage there is now due and owing the principal sum of $16,682,44
with interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from the 14th day
of Tune, 1969; and the party of the second part herein hereby assumes
and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the
consideration for this conveyance.
