surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Green-
port, New York, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County, New York, August 16th, 1922, file number 156, said premises
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southwesterly line of
Horseshoe Road 38 and 49/100 feet northwesterly along said line from
the southeasterly corner of lot number 318 as shown on the above
mentioned map, said monument being 20 feet northerly at right angles
to the southerly line of said lot number 318 as shown on said map;
running thence parallel to and 20 feet northerly from said southerly
line of lot number 318 and passing through two concrete monuments
along said line, North 77 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds West 405 and
21/100 feet to ordinary high water mark of The Horseshoe; thence
along ordinary high water mark.of The Horseshoe, North 44 degrees
38 minutes 10 seconds East 132 and 83/100 feet; theme along ordinary
high water mark of The Horseshoe, North 14 degrees 43 minutes 10
seconds East, 31 and 07/100 feet to the southerly line of Horseshoe
Road; thence along said southerly line of Horseshoe Road on'an ir-
regular curve to the right to a point which is South 82 degrees 46
minutes East, 112 feet from the last described point; thence along
said southerly line of Horseshoe Road on an irregular curLre to the
right to a point which is South 67 degrees, 33 minutes 40 seconds.
East, 130 feet from the last described point; thence on an irregular
curve, first to the 'right and then to the left, to a point which is
South 11 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds East, 106 and 27/100 feet
from the last described point; thence still along the southerly or
southwesterly line of Horseshoe Road on an irregular curve to the
left to the point of beginning which is South 44 degrees 45 minutes
10 seconds East, 60 fest from the last described point.
