westerly corner of land of Coutts; from said point of beginning
running along said northeasterly line of Oak Street, North 540 34' 20"
West 65.0 feet to an iron pipe and land of Ruthinoski; thence along

iron pipe and land of Taylor; thence along said land of Taylor, South

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by Clarenc
L. Dayton and Clarence E. Dayton to Arlene A. Dittmann by deed dated
the 31st day of July, 1968 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 21, 1968 in Liber 6403 of deeds at page 367 andthe
same premises as conveyed by Clarence L. Dayton and Clarence E. Daytor
to Arlene A. Dittmenn by deed dated the 26th day of January, 1963 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 1, 1963 in
Liber 5302 of deeds at page 265.
