ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
lots number 13 and 14 on a certain map entitled "Sub-division map of
property owned by Gustav Bayer, situate at Mattituck,Suffolk County,
New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Greenport, New York, February 19,
1927, which said map was filed in the Office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County, New York, March 25, 1927, under file number 192.
TOGETHER with the use of a right of way eight feet wide to and
from Wickham Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of Mattituck Bay, to pass
and repass on foot only; said right of way commencing at the northerly
Junction of Middle Road and Wickham Avenue, at a concrete monument,
running in a westerly direction eight feet; thence running in a north-
erly direction onehundred thirty feet parallel with the boundary line
of the property of Hubert W. Klein and Gustav Bayer, to m can high
water mark of Long Creek; thence running in an easterly direction aloe,
Long Creek to land of Hubert W. Klein; thence running in a southerly
direction along the western boundary of land of Hubert W. Klein one
hundred thirty feet to a concrete monument; the northerly Junction of
Middle Road and Wickham Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
