rALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingandbeingjs,ft at Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New Yorke
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the northerly line of Bay Avenue,
at the ordinary high water mark of Hog Neck Bay (as found in August,
1968); from said point of beginning running along said northerly line
of Bay Avenue, South 8?0 01' 20" West — 200.0 feet to a point which is
297.43 feet easterly along said northerly line from the southwesterly
corner of land of the party of the first part; thence through said land)
tr. of the party of the first part, two courses:
(1) North 2e 58' 40" West - 110.0 feet; thence
(2) North Sze 01' 20" East - 205 feet, more or less, to said or-
dinary h.ir,h water mark of Hog Neck Bay; thence southerly along said
high water marls, 110 feet, more or.less, to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the fi-st
Dart of, in and to land below ordinary high water mark of Hog Neck Bay
adjacent to said premises.
If the party of the second part at any time hereafter before the
31st day of January, 1934, desires to sell the premises herein con-
veyed he shall, prior to the making of any offer of sale or the
