landaboutto be conveyed to. Ackerman, the following two courses and
distances: (1) South 4°.54' .40" West 75.00 feet; and (2) South
63° 061 40" West 101.84 feet to the ordinary high water mark of
Mattituck Creek; running thence along the ordinary high water mark
of Mattituck Creek on a tie line having a..bearing.of North 39° 00'
