erly line of Pike Street 82 feet to an iron pipe at the southeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of Barker; thence N. 30 46' 10" W.

others to Louis 0. Gildersleeve dated October 9, 1929 recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 25, 1929 in Liber
1465 of conveyances, at page 33•
