HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using'any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
the Tom of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and desig-
nated as Lot 18'as shown on a certain map entitled, "paradise By The Bay" filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 4, 1976 as Map
No. 64631 prepared by Young and Young Surveyors, and which said lot is more
particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Kimberly Lane, distant 302.48 feet
northerly from the northerly end of a curve, which said curve connects the
westerly side of Kimberly Lane with the northerly side of Roxanne Road;
RUNNING THENCE south 86 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds west 290.28 feet;
