150 feet Easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the

Avenue and from said point of beginning running along Southerly
side of Pike Street
North 740 221 00" East a distance of 25 feet;
thence South 200 211 20" East a distance of 150 feet;
thence South 740 221 00" West a distance of 25 feet;
thence North 200 211 20" West a distance of 150 feet to the
Southerly side of Pike Street at the point or place, of Beginning.
This is a correction deed given to correct description in deed
dated April 23, 1959 recorded May 21, 1959 in Liber 4629 op 267.
