Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1935, as Map No. 1179,
which said parts of lots when taken together, are bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument in the south-
erly side of Pine Tree Road distant easterly 200.22 feet from the
corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Pine
Tree Road and the easterly side of Horton Road; running thence
