WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plop piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the village of Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, and bounded and described as follows:
HEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of East Legion Avenue, 119.51
feet easterly along said northerly line from Bay Avenue, being the southeasterly
corner o£ land of Otto Anrig; and running along said land of Anrig, North 6 degrees
45 minutes West 177 feet, more or less, to land of Sentence; thence easterly along
said land of Boutcher, 112 feet more or less, to land of Cornelius Nine, Jr., thence
