of Mattituck Creek abutting the above described premises.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over the streets
as shown on the said map to the closest public highway.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations, agreements and
easements of record including easement area, if any, shown on the
aforesaid map as affecting portions of the premises.
Title to all streets and road widenings is reserved for dedication
or conveyance in accord with covenants and restrictions of record.
This deed is in the ordinary course of business of grantor corporation
and stockholder consent is not required.
