the land now or formerly of Eichler and a monument set in
the westerly line thereof;
THENCE South 11 degrees 19 minutes East, along said
land now or formerly of Eichler, 100 . 50 feet to a monument
set in the northerly side of Wabun Street (20 feet wide) ;
THENCE South 87 degrees 26 minutes West along the
northerly side of Wabun Street, 150 . 00 feet to the corner
formed by the intersection first mentioned above, the point
