LIBER6535 PAGE 13 (.7 THIS INDENTURE,made the 15th day of April ,nineteen hundred and sixty—nine a.D BETWEEN JACKSON'S LANDING, INC., a domestic corporation, with a principal place of doing business at 130 Ostrander Avenue, Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York party of the first part,and WILLIAM GASSER and HEDWIG GASSER, his wife, both residing at 1119 Round Swamp Road, Old Bethpage, New York party of the second part, F9 1 WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain lot,piece or pp cel of land,with the buildings and improvanents thereon erected,situate, lyfngaudbeing at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and lz State of New York known and designated as Lot #6 on a certain map E entitled, "Map of Jackson's Lending" and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 28, 1969 as Map Number 5280. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, to the waters of Mattituck Creek abutting the above described premises. TOGETHER with an easement for ingress end egress over the streets as shown on the said map to the closest public highway. SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations, agreements end easements of record including easement area, if any, shown on the aforesaid map as affecting portions of the premises. Title to all streets and road widenings is reserved for dedication or conveyance in accord with covenants and restrictions of record.
