of the premises herein described, being 301. 36 feet easterly along said southerly
line from the easterly line of Broadwaters Drive; and running along said southerly
line of Mason Drive, North 72 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East 75, 34 feet
to a stake and land of Albert Richmond; thence along said land of Albert Richmond ,
South 12 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds East 250 feet, more or less, to the
ordinary high water mark of Broadwaters; thence westerly along said ordinary
high water mark of Broadwaters 90 feet, more or less, to said land of George
F. Schneider; thence along said land of Schneider North 12 degrees 08 minutes
10 seconds West 201 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part of, in and to Alason Drive adjacent to said premises to the center
