THIS INDENTURE, made the 7th day of December ,nineteen hundred and Seventy
BETWEEN LAW BROS. HOMES INC, a domestic corporation organized
send existing under the lays of the State of New York with its
principal place of business at 2749 Sunrise Highway, Islip Terrace,
New York
party of the first part,and MATTHEW J. RAO AND ANN RAO, his wife, both
residing at 1533 Madison Avenue, West Islip , New York i
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, Rod"
situate, lying and being ioxft at Oregon near Mattituck, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot
27 on a certain map entitled, " Map of Subdivision of Saltaire Estates ,
Town of Southold, at Ilattituck, Suffolk County, New York" , dated March
222 1966 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on August 3. 1966 as Map No. 4682 and being bounded and described as
follows :
sBEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Saltaire Way, distant
O 175.00 feet southerly from the southerly end of the curve connecting
t the easterly side of Saltaire Way with the Southerly side of Soundview
4 Avenue; and Running thence North 70000'30" West , 200 feet ; Thence South
16059' 30" East , 100.00 feet ; Thence South 73000' 30" West, 200.00 feet
to the easterly side of Saltaire Way; Thence North 16059 ' 30" West,
along the easterly side of Saltaire Way, 100.00 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
This conveyance has been made with the unanimous consent in writing
of all the stockholders of the party of the first part .
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises previously conveyed to the
Party of the first part by deed dated June 25, 1970 and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County July 9, 1970 in Liber 6771

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered any-
thing whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as,.if...it,,read."Parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
