beginning running thence along said easterly line of Stillwater
Avenue North 460 24' 40" West a distance of 100.0 feet; thence
along land now or formerly of Michael Hand two courses as follows:
(1) North 44° 31' 00" East a distance of 150.0 feet; thence (2)
South 46° 24' 40" East a distance of 100.0 feet to said land now or formerly of Pontino; thence along land now or formerly of
Pontino South 440 31' 00" West adistance of 150.0 feet to the point
of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 30 feet in width for access between
Stillwater Avenue and Eugene Creek over a parcel designated as
Reserved Plot A, on Map of Section Two, property of M. S. Hand,
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map Number 1280.
