Suffolk County Clerk August 169 1922 as Map No. 1569 and which
part thereof is more particularly described as follows :,and with
boundaries as follows :
Beginning at a monument located at the Southeastern corner
of the property of Thomas 0. Darrigan on West CovekRoad (formerly
known as Northwest Loop) and thence running along West Cove Road
a distance of 40 (forty) feet in a Southwesterly direction to a
point; and from this point running in a Northwesterly direction
some 122 feet more or less to a monument located at the North-
western corner of the property of Darrigan; and .finally, returning
along the Southwestern boundary of the property of. Darrigan some
136 feet to the above designated monument on West Cove Road.
