LIBER 6641 PACE 110 THIS INDENTURE,made the day of October nineteen hundred and sixty—nine, BETWEEN CARL R. WEIDINGER, residing at St. Simons Island, Georgia, 0 \06 ,' party of the first part, and THOMAS DARRIGAN and AGNES ADELE DARRIGAN , his a wife, residing at 640 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, New York, party of the second.part, WrrNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New `i York, known and designated as Part of Lots No. 269, 270 and 271 on a certain map entitled, PAmended Map of Nassau Point, owned by s Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. situate if the Town of Southold, o3 x Long ,Island, New York, surveyed, June 2£3, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl o C. E. &, S. , Greenport, New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 169 1922 as Map No. 156, bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a monument on the Southeasterly side of Haywaters Road where same is intersected by the division line between lot No. 271 and Lot No. 272 on the above mentioned map; running thence along the Southeasterly and southerly sides of Haywaters Road the following five tie line courses and distances : ( 1 ) North 66 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East 83.56 feet to a monument ( 2 ) North 62 degrees 57 minutes 10 seconds East 60.43 feet to a monument ( 3 ) North 78 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East 67.49 feet to a monument ( 4 ) South 76 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East 75 .65 feet ( 5 ) South 71 degrees 00 minutes East 100.00 feet to a monument; thence South 30 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West 90.00 feet to a monument; thence South 63 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds East 136.62 feet to a monument and the Northwesterly side of Northwest Loop; thence along the Northwesterly side of Northwest Loop the following two tie line courses and distances : ( 1 ) South 67 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 83.76 feet ( 2 ) South 57 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds West 86.81 feet to a monument and the division line between lots No. 271 and 272 aforementioned; thence North 59 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds West along said division line 356.61. feet to a monument and the Southeasterly side of Haywaters Road to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or ule cors and ass s of the party of the second part forever. This deed is a Correction c�eec� correcting des— cription contained in Deed recorded in Liber 6582 of Deeds,Page 186 and in Deed recorded in Liber of Deeds at Page , dated 9/19/69 ` AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
