and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly side of
Ole Jule Lane, said monument being 1,435 feet more or less
south along the westerly side of Ole Jule Lane from the inter-
section of the west side of Ole Jule Lane and the south side
of Now Suffolk Avenue, and being at the Northeast corner of
the premises about to be described:

Running thence southerlly along the westerly side of Ole
Jule Lane South 140 031 201 East 5.00 feet to a point and
other lands of the party o£. the first Part;
Running thence westerly along other lands of the party of
the first part North 830. 431 50" West a distance of 223.95
feet to a point within a dredged channel, said Point being
15 feet more or less from the easterly bank of the said
channel;
Running thence North 140 031 20" West 5.00 feet within the
i said channel to a point, said point being 15 feet more or
less from the easterly bank of the said channel;
Running thence Easterly along lands of the party of the
second part South 830 431 501 East 223.95 feet to the westerly
side of Ole Jule Lane and the concrete monument at the Point
or place of BEGINNING.
