WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party.-of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain.plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New

Otto Van Tuyl from surveys completed January -28, 1963 and filed
in the' Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on August 19, 1963, as Map
Number 3848 and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Glenn Road with the westerly side of Grissom Lane;
RUNNING THENCE south 87 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West along
the northerly side of Glenn Road, '135. 66 feet;
THENCE north 11 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds East, 210 .36 feet;
THENCE south 75 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East, 120. 66 feet
to the westerly side of Grissom Lane;
THENCE south 7 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds west along the westerly
Side of Grissom Lane, 170 . 89 feet to the corner at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
parties of the first part by deed dated May 18 , 1976 recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 18 ,
1976 in Liber 8035 page 01 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and an
