BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the intersection of the northerly
line of Westphalia Avenue with the easterly line of Illinois Avenue,
being the southwesterly corner of said lot 25, as shown on said map;
and RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of Illinois Avenue,being
along the westerly line of said lot 25 and the westerly line of said j

feet to an iron pipe; RUNNING THENCE across said lot 41 and across

SAID PREMISES being and intended to be the same premises conveyed
to the parties of the first part by deed dated March 14, 1958 and
recorded March 18, 1958 in Liber 4438 of Deeds at page 574, in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
