northeasterly corner of land heretofore conveyed by the party of
Fuprot the first part to John H. Price by deed dated July, 1954, and the
northwesterly corner of the premises herein described; from said

feet to an iron pipe and land of Carlson and Marsales, Inc. ;

75 .0 feet to the point or place of beginning, according to survey
of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Surveyors,
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 20 foot right of
way from the northwesterly corner of the premises easterly about
1160 feet to the North Road to Bayview.
TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with others , a
dredged canal leading to Goose Creek , which canal is about 150
