Howell by deed dated 6-2-22, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1044 of deeds, page 170, on June 8th, 1922 and running thence South 10 39 ' 30" East along the last mentioned land and through a monument 640.16 feet to Peconic Bay; thence along Peconic Bay a tie line course and distance of North 811 04' East-55.57 feet to the southwesterly corner of land now .or formerly of George H. Terry; thence North 20 13' 10" West along the westerly line of the last mentioned land 631.00 feet to a monument located on the southerly line of the 50 foot right of way above men- tioned; thence North 891 09 ' 00" West along the southerly line of said 50 foot right of way 49.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a right of way to pass and repass over said 50 foot strip of land from a right of way along the westerly line of other lands of Laetitia Reeve and others easterly to the land of Norris, said right of way being 50 feet in width and being over the strip of land -. ennveved by Laetitia Reeve_and __others to Leone D:., Howell,,..lby ,deed date- the 2nd day of June, 1922. L13,r 6720 PACE 371 TOGETHER with the right to pass and repass and establish telephon and electric lines over a certain open right of way 25 feet wide extending southerly from the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue, nearly opposite Maratooka Lake over the lands of the late George B. Reeve to the northerly line of the land conveyed to Leone D. Howell to meet another right of way established along the northerly line of the land conveyed to the said Howell and others. The said right of way to the south side of New Suffolk Avenue to the second established right of way being for that distance the same as that established by and between the late George B. Reeve and wife and Florence B. Reeve and Phebe Hollister by instrument dated November 23, 1906 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 5th day of September, 1907 in Liber 629 at page 168. ALSO all of the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the lands under the waters of Peconic Bay adjoining said premises.
