1933 between Fred Niblo and Thomas Hunt Bergen, recorded in the
Suffolk -County Clerk' s Office on the 17th day of June, 1933 in Liber
1718, page 15.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to
the Grantors herein by John Sledzieski, Leo Sledzieski and Stanley
Sledzieski by Deed dated December 27, 1944 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk1s Office on December 27, 1944 in Liber 2414 of conveyances
at page 159.
