made May 9, 1923 and filed in said County Clerk's Office in File No. 640, which
said lot is more particularly bounded and described as followst
BEGINNING at a monument in the southeasterly side of West Cove Road (Formerly
Northwest Loop) where same is intersected by the division line between lots 13
and 14 on said map which point of beginning is distant 135,13 feet from a monument
in the southwesterly line of Haywaters Road as measured along a course bearing
South 61 degrees 071 40" West from said monument to the point or place of
beginning; thence South 61 degrees 461 50" East along said division line, 200*40
feet to a monument in the northwesterly line of Lot 12 on said map; thence South
37 degrees 18' 10t' West along the northwesterly line of said lot, 90 feet to a
monument in the southeast corner of lot 14 thence North 63 degrees 3LI 50" West
along the division line between lots 14 and 15 on said map 262.00 feet to a
monument in the southeasterly side of West Cove Road; thence northeasterly along
the southeasterly side of West Cove Road as it winds and turns, 122 feet, more
or less, to the monument at the point or place of beginning.

restrictions, rights of way, utility easements and agreements, if any, contained
in the former deeds or other instruments, of record, insofar as the same may now
