THIS INDENTURE, made the day of December nineteen hundred and sixty—nine,
BETWEEN OLAP C. ERICKSON and OLIVE L. D. ERICKSON, his wife, residing;
at Mason Drive, Cutehof ue, Suffolk County, New York,

party of the first part, and IrIARTIN BAKKEN,/residing at 60 Lucinda Drive, Babylon,
Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other valuable cons ideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

County, New York, bounded anc described as follows :

running thence in an easterly direction along; the southerly line

running thence South 12008110" E„st a distance of 340 feet, more
or less, to ordinary high water mark of Haywaters Cove;
running thence in a westerly direction along the ordinary high
water mark of Haywatcrs Cove a distance of 75 feet, more or less , to
said land ,of Hinkle;
running; thence in a northerly direction along the easterly line
of said land of Hinkle, north 1200811011 West, a distance of 340 feet,
more or less, to the point or place of beginning,;
SAID COLir0bY and dimensions being in accordance with a survey made
by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, L.L.S. , Greenport, N.Y., dated October

in Liber 3701 cp 351 and Liber 3851 cp 500.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to land below high water mark and under
the waters of Haywaters Cove adjacent to said premises.
BEING AND INPEKbED to be Parcel II in a deed to the parties of the
first part, dated October 10th, 1960, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on October 21st , 1960, in Liber 4894 of Deeds
at Page 01.
